This year we will be offering the following manuscript tracks:

Jesus 101

Are you newer to faith? Are you just checking Jesus out for the first time? If you haven’t studied the Bible much before, and you don’t know too much about what Christians actually believe, Jesus 101 will take you into some of the key passages and beliefs that Christians hold, as well as give you a great introduction to the person of Jesus, who He was, and what He was like.

Mark 1

Mark 1 studies the first half of the book of Mark (chapters 1-8). In this track you will learn the fundamentals of inductive bible study and manuscript bible study. This in depth look at the life of Jesus and the journey of his disciples will change the way you view the gospels and the way you study scripture, as well as hopefully transform your life as you get a fresh perspective of who Jesus is.

Mark 2

(prerequisite: completion of Mark 1)
Mark 2 continues from where Mark 1 left off. You will continue the disciple’s journey with Jesus to the cross. Where Mark 1 is an exploration of the Kingdom of God, this track goes even deeper into what it means to follow Jesus as his disciple. This track will complete the book of Mark and allow you to take any elective tracks next year.

Genesis

(prerequisite: completion of Mark 1 and 2)
Come walk alongside God through the story of Creation, the Fall, the Redemption, and the Calling. Besides beginning to understand a foundational picture of how God intended the world to be, we will also become intimately acquainted with the person of God as we discover that God is not capricious nor aloof, rather he is in the center of human affairs with deep feelings and personality.

Prayer & Worship Seminar

(prerequisite: completion of Mark 1 and 2)
Using the Lord’s Prayer as a starting point, we will delve into what Jesus and the rest of Scriptures teaches his disciples about the the joys of prayer and worship in the life of any follower of Jesus. In addition to scripture study, we will be exploring various facets of prayer and worship through hands-on training and application. We will not just learn about prayer. We will learn how to pray by praying! Come see how prayer and worship and be incorporated as the foundation of your life with God.
