LEADERSHIP SUMMIT 2011
- Dates: Monday, Sept. 5 – Thurs. Sept. 8
- Meals: All meals included in camp cost.
- Cost: $210. You need to bring either cash or a check made out to “IVCF” to camp.
- Parking Costs: $12 a day to park at the port. So try and carpool or crash at someone’s house in the OC and have them drive you to the port. This is not included in the camp costs. Contact your Vision Team Leader if you need a ride.
- Scholarships: There will be no scholarship money available for leadership summit. Here are some ideas for saving/raising money for this retreat:
- Ask family/friends to sponsor you.
- Ask your church to sponsor you.
- set aside $2/day from now till leadership summit
- Collect and recycle cans for cash
- Get a summer job.
- Registration: REGISTER HERE.
- Packing list: clothes,FLASHLIGHT, toiletries, sleeping bag, you don’t need a pillow because they have them for you, Bible, FLASHLIGHT, journal, pen, $ for snack shop if you want, FLASHLIGHT, light jacket, swimsuit, towel, shoes that can get dirty from the dust.
Note: We will not be hiking to Avalon this time around to make more time for your teams.
Note: The staff and vision team will go out to Catalina a day early to prepare for your arrival. There is no cell phone reception on Catalina Island so don’t try to call your staff or vision team on Monday.

Dock Instructions
Departure Location: San Pedro Dock. Catalina Express (our boat) website
Monday departure time: 9 am (Do not be late. The boat will leave without you. Allow 2+ hours from San Diego. Pretend like this is like a plane – registration will take one hour, and we will be boarding the boat at 10:15 am. It will greatly serve the registration team if you guys arrive promptly.)
Thurs. arrival time: 2 pm
